Avocado and Spinach Smoothie Bowl

Benefits: Iron-rich, good source of plant-based protein and omega 3.


Ingredients

1/2 - 1 Avocado

1/2 cup milk

1 cup of spinachm1 pear

1 banana

1 handful walnuts

3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp hemp seeds


Instructions

  1. Place avocado, spinach, pear, and hemp seeds with milk into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Scoop smoothie blend into blend

  3. Top with banana, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds
