Ingredients
1/2 - 1 Avocado
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of spinachm1 pear
1 banana
1 handful walnuts
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
Place avocado, spinach, pear, and hemp seeds with milk into a blender and blend until smooth
Scoop smoothie blend into blend
Top with banana, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds
