Fresh Breakfast Juice

Benefits: Natural Sugar, a good source of antioxidants, supports healthy digestion, and is a good source of magnesium


Ingredients

1 medium-sized Papaya

1 tbsp Seamoss

2-3 pieces of fresh ginger


Instructions

  1. Half Papaya and remove the seeds

  2. Using a spoon scoop papaya into a blender and include juice as well

  3. Add fresh ginger and seamoss

  4. Add 1-2 tbsp of water

  5. Blend until smooth and drink
